OVERFLOW
Overflow is my first evening-length choreographic work. It explores experimentation with flow, psychological themes, shock value, and moments of humor, all woven together through dance, theatre, and layered storytelling. The piece moves through a fragmented, almost fever-dream-like world, following a woman navigating rapidly shifting emotional and mental states where reality is constantly bending and re-forming.
Overflow had a successful initial run at Arts On Site in March 2026, with performances at 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM. These performances marked an important moment in the life of the work, bringing its foundation into a full performance setting and allowing audiences to experience its evolving language in real time.
The piece is currently under serious development and is being expanded into a longer evening-length production with a planned run at The Tank in August 2026. This next phase focuses on deepening the exploration of flow, sharpening the psychological and theatrical elements, and further developing the balance between intensity, humor, and unpredictability within the work.
